Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-6 business days as peak sale events and holidays. For questions regarding your shipping and order information, please use the contact form or e-mail us at shop@liftedanchors.com. Size Guide for XS - 3XL

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt to receive an exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds. Merchandise cannot be returned for exchanges and/or store credit after 30 days of received date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags attached
  • Items purchased on sale are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. 
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. Orders that used a promo code sent out by Lifted Anchors cannot be exchanged or refunded for those items are considered as sale items. 
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges
  • If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted.

 

International Orders, Customs & Duty Import Fees

We do not accept international exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our company has no control over these charges and we are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. 
Customers are responsible for the charges.

Store Credit

The store credit code will be emailed to you after your return has processed. The code is valid for a ONE-time use and does not have an expiration date. Store credit cannot be combined with a promotional code, and does not apply towards the shipping fee.

 

US Returns

Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package. Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please include your invoice or returns form when mailing your return to the address below:

Refunds and Processing

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
